Raindance

Got up at 6:00 a.m. Been at work by 07.10 a.m. Worked an 8-hour day. Rushed home and got on the bike. Took a 2-hour 50k shower. Froze off my hands. Got home to turn on the TV for some intellectually undemanding TV show for an hour. Went to bed at 10:00 p.m.
