New Target...

...well, I am back to work, doing the usual...
But I am planning something really fun: This year the Athletics World Championships will be held in Berlin. Swiss Athletics just published the requirements to make the Worlds Team and guess what?? I'll try to meet them! Means: I need a qualifying time of 2:43hrs, season planning and the support of the national team trainer. I do have the latter, but still have to run the 2:43 until May 10....Not easy. My tryouts: Zürich Marathon and Freiburg Marathon. I know, that ripping more than 10minutes off your marathon best time will be super hard, but I think this is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to run against the best in the world (or behind them ;-)
